Warranty Information & Registration
Register your purchase to ensure you have extended your warranty to 3 years. This is valid for all products except extension leads which by regulation cannot be extended beyond 1 year in Australia.
If you ordered directly through this website there is no need to register, we have done it for you. All other customers, please fill in your details below to store your receipt on file with us.
Warranty Terms
All Flat Out hoses and Reels come with at least a 1 year repair/replacement warranty for manufacturing faults, most products are 3 years. Provision of warranty is subject to inspection of returned product. Proof of purchase is required to ascertain age of the product. If you bought directly from us we will have your details on file and can look you up. We also accept receipts from other retailers who have sold the product to you as proof. Under special circumstances we can provide discounts on replacement hoses/components if your product is out of warranty.
