Flat Out Shut-Off Valve for Tank Filling
This added convenience item is excellent for tank filling with Flat Out hoses and inline water ilters. The Flat Out Stop Valve offers three main benefits:
- Reduce mess: Easily stop the water flow when you're ready to pack up without making a mess.
- Improve performance: Help pressurise your Flat Out water hose before tank filling to ensure a smooth and easy experience.
- Control Flow: The slower the water flows through most filters, the better the result (cleaner water). Use this attachment to adjust the flow rate while filling your tanks.
- Quicker Packup: When packing up from a pressurised setup, you can turn off the water at the van end and easily depressurise the line before detaching hoses.
Specifications:
- Construction: Brass, Plated Brass, and Stainless Steel for the inner ball.

At Flat Out, we believe in ensuring high-quality water for your caravan and RV adventures. Using an inline filter is crucial, especially when filling your water tank. Chlorine in water can evaporate after a few days, leading to potential contamination if the water sits in your RV tank. Therefore, maintaining water safety falls on you when using water tanks.
We highly recommend the B.E.S.T. caravan water filters. These filters feature a high concentration of silver, excellent flow ratings, longevity, and carbon elements that remove bad taste and more. As enthusiasts of this Aussie-made filter, we've developed complementary products such as this valve to enhance its use.
Flat Out drinking water hoses are flat, saving you space. Once out of the Multi-Reel and filled with water, they become solid like a fire hose. However, it's essential to build up the pressure to solidify the hose and remove any kinks. Once smoothed out, you can release the valve to allow water to flow into your tank.
