Flat Out's Multi-Reels are perfect for cable management for singers, musicians, sound and lighting technicians! They stack together for added space management, look great with your kit, but most importantly they keep your valuable leads and cables safe, protected and well organised. When stacked together your cables are literally armour plated in transit due to the solid backs of the reels.
Now with all sizes available in stealthy Matte Black - Multi-Reels are even better for entertainment professionals as they will disappear on stage.
Parallel stack multiple leads of the same length into our Multi-Reels so all roll out at once tangle free. Or, wind cables in one after the other (see videos).
The Compact Multi-Reel fits approx. 4x 10m XLR leads (or 8x 5m) with the Narrow and Original Multi-Reels offering 1.5x and 2x capacity respectively. You can use Flat Out Multi-Reels for your extension leads, coaxial cable, and long guitar leads too.
There are various ways to hand-roll cable to prevent twists such as the over-under technique. In a Multi-Reel, the cables enter in a linear fashion, so they will not develop twists, hence adding to the longevity of your gear without need for the time consuming advanced skill. And as the Multi-Reel is so intuitive to use, you can hand the job to anyone (useful after a long performance), and be confident they will not damage your leads while they help you pack up.

This strap is perfect for keeping a pair of Multi-Reels securely stacked together. Plus, the bright fluoro-orange color makes it easy to find!
Flat Out Multi-Reels are designed to stack neatly in pairs like clam shells, with each winding knob fitting into a petal on the partner Multi-Reel. Wrapping the strap through the center of the stack and around the bottom keeps them firmly held for easy handling and storage.
While the strap is long enough to hold three Compact Multi-Reels stacked, it works best with pairs. For larger Multi-Reels, stacking three can become bulky and awkward to manage. If you have three, it’s easier to strap two together and store the third separately.
Measuring 65cm long, it is 2.5cm wide with a 10cm black hook section. This strap is also versatile for many other uses beyond Flat Out gear.
