Flat Out Multi-Reel: Perfect cable reel for your Starlink lead
Starlink for RV - Cable Storage Reel
Zoe, the owner of Flat Out International, demonstrates how our Multi-Reel simplifies Starlink setup for RVs.
You've invested in a Starlink for RV because you want a high quality internet connection, now you need to find a way of looking after it. We know how precious the connection cable is, and now you can have a beautiful, sturdy, tangle free, protection and storage system with Flat Out's Compact Multi-Reel.
The standard issue 23m lead fits on the Compact Multi-Reel, and the 46m option fits on our Narrow Multi-Reel. We also provide short lengths of flexible mini-conduit to protect the bend at the centre core.
Being data cable, for added convenience you can leave some length inside the Multi-Reel when in use. DO NOT do this with electrical lead, it will heat and melt. Customers have devised multiple ways to use the cable on the Multi-Reel; you can run it in end to end, or double it up and start at the fold so both ends poke out (half the winding), convert the centre end to an RJ45 female and so on. More setup info is below the products.

The ultimate way to replace your Starlink cable !
After chats with many of you, we have learned that you love the quality of Starlink internet, but your 3 most common concerns are:
- The cable is awkward to handle, time consuming to work with, and difficult to keep protected while traveling.
- The plugs are hard to use, and your are worried about damaging them with regular connecting/disconnecting. You tend to leave the cable attached (more awkwardness!).
- The cable seems to fail easily, and is expensive to replace. (The standard issue cable is not UV rated and does not meet Australian standards for outdoor use. It is also quite thin and the inner copper seems brittle, we believe this the reason for so many reports of product failure)
For a full solution to all 3 issues, we have developed an Australian made heavy duty, UV stabilised, waterproof network cable, complete on a Compact Multi Reel for ease of use and to remain tangle free. ...read more

A mid-size cable reel perfect for up to 22m of extension lead and many other uses. It has the same diameter as the Original Multi-Reel for easy stacking, but can save you space if you don't need the full 30m capacity, due to its narrower depth. This is the newest size in the Flat Out range, and it has become increasingly popular especially with caravan users since the most common RV lead length is 20m, and every inch of space matters! ...read more
25cm length of flexible conduit, use this to protect the bend in the middle of your Starlink for RV cable or other network cable you wish to keep on the Compact Multi-Reel.
We have not found a need to do this for other leads, and it may also be overkill for your Starlink cable, but we feel for such a valuable item, we want to give it the best protection possible.
As network cable doesn't heat, you can use it while still leaving some coiled in the centre of your multi-reel. As such we recommend the best method for managing long network cables is to bend it at the middle and wind it into the Multi-Reel in twin-form. That way both plugs are accessible at whatever length you pull out.
